Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Services.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. Unless otherwise specified, the renewal period will match the initial subscription term.
We may adjust subscription pricing with prior notice. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you must cancel before the renewal date.
From time to time, we may offer free trials. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal term.
B. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
C. Payments and Billing
By providing payment information, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to keep your billing information current and to notify us of any changes.

All content, trademarks, and materials available through the Services are owned by or licensed to The Discoverist and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Discoverist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
